How do we restore our spirit while living with the lethargy that comes like a chill? Everything I do is not enjoyable. Just a storm.
Even though I experience depression, on the outside I always appear with a smiling and cheerful face. I feel anxious when I am doing nothing. I often have difficulty sleeping because I think about things that have not happened yet. I also frequently feel like canceling plans to meet on the promised day.
Why am I like this? Lethargic, empty, restless, easily irritated... I am doing my best to cope with the decline in life. The steps are small, but they can surely revive this self.
