Kaedah Pemantapan Semangat Cintakan Negara melalui Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Subjek Berteraskan Patriotisme
This writing discusses patriotism-based education that has long existed in the national education system but is still less effective in fostering a love for the country, especially among the younger generation. This is evident through issues of disrespect towards the monarchy, Islam, the national anthem, the national flag, and the national language. This study emphasizes the importance of a new approach in teaching patriotism, which is often considered boring due to its focus on memorizing historical facts. Through the Nominal Group Technique (NGT) research method, which is conceptually bottom-up, students themselves determine the learning methods that suit their interests. This approach makes the learning process more interactive, enjoyable, and meaningful, thereby strengthening the appreciation of patriotism among students.
